Apart from her administrative roles, Ar. Ratnadiptee is also a professor of Sports Management at a renowned university in India. Her thesis on rehabilitation of paraplegic soldiers through sports and other vocational opportunities is highly commendable.

With her extensive experience, she has also worked as the Deputy Chief Secretary for SAMBO and as an International Technical Official for Ju-Jitsu at the Asian Games 2018, Jakarta. She has worked at multiple Continental and World Championships and is an accomplished Continental martial arts athlete for more than 30 years.

Ar. Ratnadiptee is also a renowned coach and referee in Ju-Jitsu and MMA.Her love for sports has been the driving force behind her successful career and her contributions have made a significant impact in the field of sports administration & management.

Ar. Ratnadiptee’s passion for sports extends beyond her professional life, as evidenced by her company SciArt Sports, which has empowered over 80,000 women in India by conducting self-defense seminars. She has been recognized for her contributions and achievements, having received the Rotary Youth Leadership Award, I am Fearless award, and being nominated to the list of Asian Admirable Achievers.
