Gordon Tang
In November 2021, the Olympic Council of Asia approved the election of Gordon Tang as a Vice President of OCA. He served as a director of IOA from 2016-2021 and is currently the Vice-President of the Cambodian Olympic Committee and president of the Cambodia Sailing Association. show more +
GT is an excellent promoter of the Cambodian Olympic movement. With his proposal and funding, Cambodia established a national sailing team, and organized regular training programs in China for Cambodian National Teams including windsurfing, gymnastics, and wrestling, and achieved gratifying results in a short period of time. With his unremitting efforts, Cambodia has obtained the hosting right for fifth edition of the Asian Youth Games in 2029, which will effectively promote the popularization and improvement of Cambodian Olympic sports.
In his youth, Gordon was a windsurfing and sailing athlete. With a deep understanding of the Olympic sports spirit, he is committed the promotion of Olympic sports. He has been a long-serving supporter of sports development in his hometown – Shantou, China. His endeavors helped the 2022 3rd Asian Youth Games find home in Shantou.
At the same time, Gordon is also a long-time patron of sports such as the Singapore Olympic Council, sailing, and judo. show less -

Fakhruddin Haider
Brigadier General Mr Fakhruddin Haider is currently holding several key positions in the sports scene of Bangladesh. He is the Deputy Secretary General of National Paralympic Committee, Bangladesh since Feb 2019. show more + Mr Haider also served as Director General (DG) for Bangladesh Olympic Association from Feb 2014 – Dec 2022. In his stint there, he mainly builds, maintain International Relationships and Correspondences for the organization. He also responds to support request from various stakeholders and resolved a wide range of technical/managerial issues. He brought an innovative approach to work that applies holistic thinking towards the continuous improvement of the games and organisation and worked independently and collaboratively as part of a high performing team. Mr Haider performed the duties of ‘Chief Administration Officer (CAO)’ / ‘Sports Attaché’ for Bangladesh Olympic Team in from 2014 – 2022 for 14 different games in 12 different countries, including Tokyi Olympic Games 2020, Commonwealth Games at Gold Coast 2018, and Rio Olympic Games 2016. show less -

His portfolio included overseeing high-profile events such as the 28th SEA Games, the World Rugby Sevens Series, and FIBA events (Fédération Internationale de Basketball), among others.
