Mr Lock Wai Han is the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of OKH Global Limited, a company involved in the construction and development of industrial real estate.

Mr Lock was previously Group CEO of Rowsley Ltd,  China CEO of CapitaMalls Asia and had served in the Singapore public sector for more than 20 years during which he held various leadership roles including Commissioner of the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority; Director of the Criminal Investigations Department and Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Information, Communications & the Arts.

He was a Director of the Singapore Sports School Board between 2014-2020 and currently sits on various boards in the ACS Family. He leads an active lifestyle practising Taji, swimming and scuba diving.

Mr Lock holds a Bachelor and Master of Arts (Engineering) from the University of Cambridge, UK, and a Master of Science (Management) from Leland Stanford Junior University, USA.

Mr Gregory Sim has closed to 30 years of experience in finance and business management, particularly in the listed companies, real estate and hospitality industry in Singapore and across the regions.

Mr Sim is currently the Deputy CEO of Haiyi Holdings Pte. Ltd.. Prior joining to the Haiyi, Mr Sim was the Group Chief Financial Officer of GuocoLand Limited and the Deputy CEO of SingHaiyi Group Ltd.

Other previous senior management positions held include Chief Financial Officer and Head of Investor Relations with FEO Hospitality Asset Management Pte. Ltd, REIT manager of Far East Hospitality Trust and Deputy Director, Management Services of Far East Organization.Mr Sim holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Merit) from Nanyang Technological University and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Jiang Long Yun (Chair)

Mr. Jiang has a rich background in mixed martial arts (MMA). He was born in Heilongjiang, China and graduated from the Heilongjiang Provincial Sports Team with a major in wrestling. Since 2008, he has been dedicated to promoting and coaching MMA in Harbin, where he established the Longyun Mixed Martial Arts Team in 2010.

During his career, Mr. Jiang has achieved many milestones. He served as the head coach of the Chinese mixed martial arts national team from 2015 to 2018, leading the team to participate in prestigious competitions such as the “Asian MMA Championship” and “World MMA Championship”. Under his leadership, the team won multiple individual and group championships, showcasing Mr. Jiang’s exceptional coaching skills.

It is worth noting that the Longyun MMA team won the national championship in the “CHIN WOO MEN Chinese Club League (2016-2017 season)” and “WLF E.P.I.C. 2021 Chinese Club Golden League” thanks to Mr. Jiang’s guidance. As a coach, he is renowned for his ability to train outstanding athletes who have gone on to become champions in different MMA organizations in China.
