During his career, Mr. Jiang has achieved many milestones. He served as the head coach of the Chinese mixed martial arts national team from 2015 to 2018, leading the team to participate in prestigious competitions such as the “Asian MMA Championship” and “World MMA Championship”. Under his leadership, the team won multiple individual and group championships, showcasing Mr. Jiang’s exceptional coaching skills.

It is worth noting that the Longyun MMA team won the national championship in the “CHIN WOO MEN Chinese Club League (2016-2017 season)” and “WLF E.P.I.C. 2021 Chinese Club Golden League” thanks to Mr. Jiang’s guidance. As a coach, he is renowned for his ability to train outstanding athletes who have gone on to become champions in different MMA organizations in China.

As a competitor, Qin won national championships in 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2006, a team gold medal at the 10th National Games in 2005, and world titles at the 7th World Wushu Championships in 2003, the 2nd Sanda World Cup in 2004, the 9th World Wushu Championships in 2007, and the 4th Sanda World Cup in 2008. Her crowning achievement came at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, where she won Olympic gold in the 52 kg Sanda competition and received an Outstanding Individual Contribution Award from the Olympic Organizing Committee.

As a coach, Qin helped develop the next generation of Chinese Sanda champions. Between 2009 and 2018, she coached the Armed Police Sports Team’s Sanda squad, producing nine national champions. From 2011 to 2016, she served as assistant coach of China’s national Wushu Sanda team, contributing to 10 Asian champions and four world champions. In recognition of her coaching excellence, she was named an Outstanding Coach of the National Wushu Sanda Team in 2012.

Qin’s contributions have been recognized with numerous honors, including four First-Class Merit awards, the People’s Republic of China Sports Honor Medal in 2008 and 2009, and selection as one of the Chinese Armed Police’s “Ten Loyal Guardians” in 2009. She also holds a sixth-degree rank in Chinese martial arts self-defense, awarded in 2014.

Beyond competition and coaching, Qin is committed to using sport as a force for education, health, and opportunity. Through the Aoguan Foundation, she promotes sports and Olympic exchange between Hong Kong, China and mainland China, helping young people understand the value of physical education, build strength and confidence, broaden their horizons, and become future leaders.

Alongside his leadership in MMA, Dr Wan serves as Director of Elite Training and Science Technology at the Baseball Association of Hong Kong, China, where he manages the physiotherapy and medical teams supporting Hong Kong, China’s representative teams. His responsibilities also include serving as a local anti-doping correspondent and WBSC anti-doping coordinator. In 2024, he served as Medical Director of the WBSC World Cup Baseball5, further demonstrating his experience in the medical and operational management of international sporting competitions.

Dr Wan also serves as Chief Medical Officer of HoiKing Sports Association, a role he has held since 2018. He manages the sports medical team and coordinates on-field physiotherapy support for men’s and women’s teams competing in the Hong Kong Football Association Premier League, Division A, and Division B. His broader experience includes providing on-field physiotherapy support at football, MMA, and wrestling competitions, as well as managing sports therapy teams. Beyond his practical responsibilities, he has contributed to sports medicine literature as an author for Sportsoho magazine and the international medical journal Cureus. He is also a council member of the Sports Chiropractor Association of Hong Kong, China and a member of the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic and the Professional Baseball Chiros Society in the United States.

Dr Wan earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern University Health Sciences in the United States in 2005. His professional qualifications also include the National Board Examiners Physiotherapy Examination, Advanced Kinesio Taping Certification, and Chiropractic Acupuncture Certification, all obtained in 2005, as well as the FIFA Official Medical Personnel Certificate in 2018. Combining clinical expertise, sports medicine experience, and leadership across multiple sporting organizations, Dr Wan continues to contribute to athlete welfare, medical support, and the development of competitive sport in Hong Kong, China.

As a coach, Nikhil has played an important role in developing high-performing MMA athletes, including Suchika Tariyal, who won the bronze medal in MMA at the 2026 Asian Games, and Shriya Satam, who won the silver medal in MMA at the 2025 Asian Youth Games. He has also coached multiple national champions, demonstrating a sustained commitment to athlete preparation and competitive excellence. His coaching background includes training under Ido Pariente, a renowned Israeli MMA coach and Israel’s first professional MMA fighter, through whom he gained international technical exposure and experience.

In addition to his work in sports, Nikhil holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS). He is also a partner in technology-enabled business services operating under the brand name YOG, bringing a business-oriented perspective to his professional activities. Combining sports leadership, international coaching exposure, athlete development, and business experience, Nikhil continues to contribute to the growth and competitiveness of mixed martial arts in India.

A certified MMA referee, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, and Third Dan black belt in Asian Mixed Martial Arts, Azzam has been actively involved in combat sports since 2009. He has attended more than 150 amateur fights and over 100 professional bouts across Jordan and international organizations, giving him extensive insight into competition dynamics, officiating, fighter safety, and event operations.

As Head Jiu-Jitsu Coach at Meedan in Amman, Azzam has spent years developing athletes and mentoring young people through martial arts. His coaching emphasizes discipline, respect, resilience, technical excellence, and personal growth. He has also coached through Team Mirza and the Equal Opportunity Initiative NGO, extending the benefits of Jiu-Jitsu to broader community audiences.

Azzam’s hands-on MMA experience includes service as a certified referee, cut man, and technical supervisor for Desert Force MMA Championship. He has officiated bouts for organizations and events including Desert Force Championship, Al Academiya, Arabian Fight League, and Jordan MMA Federation tournaments, consistently upholding fair play, safety, and professional officiating standards.

Alongside his leadership in martial arts, Azzam has professional experience in FMCG sales, account management, events, aviation, and branch operations. He currently works as Pre-Seller Supervisor at JICE (Pepsi), bringing the same discipline, communication, teamwork, and performance mindset to his commercial career.

At the international level, Batbold has held several prominent positions within the International Olympic Committee and the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA). An IOC Member since 2020, he previously served on the IOC Marketing Commission and contributed to work on IOC revenues and commercial partnerships. Within the OCA, he serves as a member of the Advisory Committee and Executive Committee, as well as Chair of the Culture Committee. He is also a member of the Coordination Committee for the Aichi–Nagoya 2026 Asian Games, having previously participated in the Evaluation Committee for the 2030 Asian Games. These responsibilities reflect his involvement in international sports governance, major-event coordination, commercial partnerships, and the promotion of cultural exchange through sport.

Batbold’s contributions to sports extend beyond the Olympic movement. He has served as President of the Mongolian Badminton Association since 2015 and was a Council Member of the Badminton World Federation from 2017 to 2021, including serving as Deputy Chair of its Marketing Commission. His work in badminton demonstrates a continued commitment to developing sporting opportunities and strengthening the international presence of Mongolian sport. In addition, he has held senior responsibilities in Mongolia’s national preparations for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, including his appointment in May 2026 as Deputy Chair of the Government of Mongolia’s National Committee for Olympic and Paralympic preparation. In this role, he supports coordination among government ministries and national institutions in preparation for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, with a focus on athlete development, infrastructure, and international competition strategy.

Alongside his sports leadership, Batbold has built an extensive career in business, finance, and investment. He currently serves as CEO of Altai Holding, having previously been Chairman of the diversified Mongolian investment and operating group from 2015 to 2025. His business leadership has included chairing the group’s joint venture, Emart Mongolia, and its investment company, Skytel LLC, spanning retail, telecommunications, and media. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley in London and completed a summer analyst placement with Goldman Sachs Investment Partners in New York. His professional background is further supported by experience with international investment and development organisations, including Blackstone Tactical Opportunities, the Clinton Foundation, Perella Weinberg Partners, and the International Finance Corporation.

Batbold has also contributed to public policy and national development through a range of advisory and leadership positions in Mongolia. His experience includes serving as an adviser to the Prime Minister, the Foreign Minister, and several other government ministers and public officials, as well as membership of the Monetary Policy Committee of the Central Bank of Mongolia. He has participated in policy initiatives concerning economic development, digital communications, urban development, and the Olympic and Paralympic movement. Beyond government and business, he is the founder and Honorary President of Mongolia Needs You, a non-profit mentorship programme supporting students from rural Mongolia in accessing higher education and greater opportunities. His wider international affiliations include the Milken Institute’s Young Leaders Circle, the Young Presidents’ Organization, and the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community.

An alumnus of Harvard Business School, where he earned his Master of Business Administration in 2014, and the University of Chicago, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2009, Batbold combines academic training in economics and business with extensive experience in international leadership. His achievements have been recognised by Forbes Mongolia, which named him a Leading Entrepreneur in 2019 and included him among its Top 30 Young People in 2017. Mr. Lock is currently the Executive Director of AESEN Offshore Ltd, a leading provider of integrated marine offshore solutions. Mr. Lock was previously the CEO of OKH Global Ltd, a construction and industrial real estate development company listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Stock Exchange, from 2016 to 2025, and led the turnaround of the company before successfully completing a reverse takeover for the company. Prior to OKH, he was Group CEO of Rowsley Ltd, a multi-disciplinary lifestyle real estate company with capabilities in planning, architecture, engineering, investment and development, from 2013 to 2015. He led the team to undertake extensive business development efforts in the United Kingdom and Southeast Asia, and successfully acquired Hotel Football Manchester (UK) and Café Football London & Manchester (UK).

Prior to joining Rowsley, Mr. Lock was the Chief Corporate Officer of CapitaMalls Asia (“CMA”) in 2010 and subsequently based in Beijing as the China CEO of CMA from 2011 to 2013, where he led 3500 staff across 36 Chinese cities mamanging a portfolio of about 60 retail malls and mixed developments that included Raffles City projects, 4 China-focused real estate funds and the CapitaLand Retail China Trust (a Singapore-listed REIT). He successfully opened more than 10 new malls during his stint in China.

Up until then, he was in the Administrative Service of the Government of Singapore and had served in the Singapore public sector for more than 20 years during which he held various leadership roles including Director of the Criminal Investigations Department in the Singapore Police Force, Commissioner of the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) and Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Information, Communications & the Arts (MICA).

He had previously held directorships in various statutory boards, companies, associations and schools, including International Enterprise Singapore, Infocomm Investments Pte Ltd, Singapore Arts School Ltd, ACS Foundation, The Esplanade Co. Ltd, National Gallery Singapore, Woodlands Health Development Board Committee, the Olympic Council of Asia’s ESports & EMartial Arts Committee, CapitaMalls Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd, Secura Ltd, Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd and LHT Holdings Ltd. He was a Director on the Board of The Singapore Sports School for 6 years and Chairman of its Audit Committee. He was the Dy Chairman of The Anglo-Chinese School Board of Governors and President of the ACS Old Boys Association (an alumni association with more than 12,000 members) for 4 years. He currently chairs the Media Literacy Council and Suntec Trust Mgt Ltd, and sits on the Boards of The Hour Glass Ltd (as Lead Independent Director), Majuven Pte Ltd (Fund Management), Federation of International Mixed Martial Arts and the Asian Mixed Martial Arts Association.

Mr. Lock holds a Bachelor and Master of Arts (Engineering) from the University of Cambridge, UK, and a Master of Science (Management) from Stanford Graduate School of Business, USA.

Mr. Lock’s sports hobbies include soccer, jogging, swimming and golf. He trained in taekwondo in his youth and is currently an advanced practitioner of taijiquan.

From 2008 to 2016, he served as Financial Director of the Plastic Manufacturing Plant “Plastic,” overseeing financial responsibilities within the manufacturing industry.
