Mr. Tong’s passion for sports began early. From 1975 to 1981, he trained and competed
as a gymnastics athlete, later transitioning into martial arts from 1981 to 1983. His solid
foundation in athletics provided him with discipline, resilience, and leadership skills
from a young age. He graduated from Guangdong Vocational Academy of Art in 1989,
further broadening his understanding of physical performance and movement.

Xu Xiping (HKG)
Mr. Xu Xiping has extensive experience in sports education, business management, and show more + show less -

Primary School, Shantou City (1988–1993), followed by leadership roles at Nanxiang
Economic Development Co., Ltd. and Chaoyang Guanbu Container Terminal Co., Ltd. He
later ventured into private business investments and served as Director at Guangdong Huamei Oil & Fats Company. Since 2009, after immigrating to Hong Kong, he has been actively engaged in the investment industry. Most recently, he served as Director at Haiyi Sea Sports Centre Pte Ltd (2022–2024).
